Black Glove accepts cash and cards. Payment must be rendered at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation happens. Things come up. Easy peasy, we will talk about it and just reschedule. If short notice (less than 24hrs) cancellations becomes a frequent incident, then a 10% cancellation fee will be assessed onto the cost of services.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services, immediately notify us! We will go over your requirements, services rendered and where the breakdown might have occurred. We will then gladly return the next day to correct the problem to your specifications at no charge to you.
